At our healthcare facility, patients receive
therapy on-site, such as joint injections, infusions, neck and back pain
therapy,
myofascial release and tender/trigger point injection, and massage.
MRI scans of the hands and feet are available on site to help indicate
early damage from arthritis.
Nerve conduction testing is available to determine nerve damage or
neuropathy.
On site laboratory analysis to determine highly specific antibodies that
might cause rheumatoid arthritis, SLE or other connective tissue
diseases.
If surgery is necessary, care is coordinated with the consulting
doctors.
At San Diego Arthritis Medical Clinic Remicade infusion and soon other infusion therapies are available to manage joint pain and damage for the
treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and spondyloarthropathies.
If desired and appropriate, patients can be referred to participate in
current clinical research studies.
Aggressive treatment for osteoporosis ( including infusion and
injections therapies) is often considered when appropriate.
